My work began over twenty years ago with my first brick-and-mortar business in the San Francisco Bay Area, an integral healing center and community space devoted to women’s wellbeing, transformation, and connection.

It was there, sitting with women day after day in intimate circles, conversations, workshops, and healing spaces, that my signature work, The Practice, was born.

Not from theory, but from witnessing women up close and personal.

Witnessing their grief, longing, awakening, reinvention, heartbreak, becoming, and deep desire to return to themselves.

Over the years, I have built both brick-and-mortar healing spaces and online communities, led thousands of women through my signature offering The Practice, facilitated transformational groups and retreats, and devoted my life to creating spaces where women feel deeply seen, safe, connected, and remembered.

I am also an ordained Priestess through the 13 Moon Mystery School, a lineage that deeply shaped my understanding of feminine initiation, sacred leadership, ritual, and community.

My latest project is Her Sanctuary, a ceremonial lounge and sacred feminine temple space devoted to gathering, transformation, ritual, and belonging.

I believe we are living in a time of profound collective change, disconnection, and technological acceleration, and that intimate, sacred community spaces are part of the medicine women are longing for.

We need places to gather.
Places to slow down.
Places to grieve.
Places to celebrate.
Places to remember who we truly are.

My work is devoted to supporting women at the threshold of their becoming, and to helping women create meaningful, community-centered spaces of their own around the world.
